BNB Tax Consultants requires a high quality manager for its thriving VAT advisory group.

 

BNB is a rapidly growing independent tax consultancy which delivers a full range of tax support to UK accountants in general practice.  BNB also offers international VAT services through its membership of VAT Forum, a pan-European VAT advisors partnership.  Demand for BNB�s VAT advice is strong, and the company offers a full range of advisory services including compliance, planning, tribunals and litigation. The work is varied and the company plans to continue ambitiously to develop and promote VAT as one of its flagship services.

 

The VAT group is currently headed by Steve Botham, one of the UK�s leading VAT experts.  Steve needs to hand over the management of the group to enable him to concentrate more on his strategic duties as a Director of BNB.  Steve will continue to assist the group with high level technical support as required.

 

Reporting to Steve Botham as Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the group and will work with Steve and the wider BNB team to grow the company�s VAT advisory services.

 

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

 

• Professionally qualified (preferably CTA)
• Good all-round VAT technical knowledge
• A desire to manage and develop a high quality dynamic group
• Great team working and communications skills
• A problem solving attitude

Management skills training will be provided along with continuing technical development.
