• Within the VAT tribunal, our clients have been awarded costs on an indemnity basis due to HMRC’s poor behaviour, including twice where our client’s application was refused
   
• We have obtained consolatory awards for our clients from HMRC including, in one case, a huge bunch of flowers (minus gift card!)
   
• We prepare instructions to counsel on tax and VAT cases, as well as on planning matters, and have an excellent reputation with leading Tax Chambers
