CIS Status Review
The new CIS scheme effective from 1 April 2007 puts even greater onus on contractors to confirm the status of the subcontractors that they engage.
If you get this wrong there are new penalties that will be imposed that can have severe cash flow and detrimental effects to the business.
As part of a review we would need to know what your subcontractors are doing for you on a day to day basis. From this we would be able to provide you with details of their status so that you do not fall foul of the Revenue’s rules.
This review will need to be done on an ongoing basis so we can provide a “quick check” based review so that the monthly Return can be completed.
